"Streamlined Client Management, Needs Agency-Specific Templates"

What do you like best about Touchpoint MX?

I really value Touchpoint MX's simple custom form builder and centralized request-tracking view. For our retail-brand social-media campaign, I built custom intake forms so clients could submit creative revision requests directly into the platform. Every comment, file upload, and status update attaches right to the ticket record, allowing our account managers and creative team to check the status in one glance, cutting down constant follow-up emails. It's user-friendly enough for our non-technical team members, which is great since our agency has no dedicated IT staff. The custom form builder saves our team a lot of back-and-forth email work. Every submission creates a linked ticket inside Touchpoint MX, and the centralized request view lets our account and creative teams instantly spot pending revisions, without digging through long email chains. Everyone sees the full history of feedback and file uploads tied to that campaign ticket. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Touchpoint MX?

Touchpoint MX misses marketing‑agency‑ready templates out of the box, which means I have to manually set custom fields for things like creative revision versions, campaign deadlines, and asset approval status, taking extra time. Its built-in reporting is pretty basic and doesn't generate client‑ready campaign progress summaries, requiring manual exports to Google Sheets. Bulk-editing tickets is clunky when dealing with multiple client change requests. There are also no native integrations with tools like Figma or our project management tool, so I end up pasting file links manually for each ticket, which is time-consuming.
