What do you like best about Touchpoint MX?

I really like Touchpoint MX's tightly integrated combination of GDPR-native segmented automation workflows and unified cross-channel touchpoint tracking, which supports my work in market research recruitment and customer insight analysis. The audience segmentation engine is fantastic for B2B German business outreach, allowing me to build distinct audience groups filtered by industry, company size, and location, with fully automated multi-step research invitation sequences. The centralized touchpoint journey mapping dashboard is a big help, consolidating user interactions into one profile and providing concrete evidence for brand strategy reports. The audit logging functionality is a standout for compliance, generating easily exportable audit files. I also appreciate its lightweight, customizable campaign dashboard tailored to research recruitment KPIs, allowing quick adjustments mid-campaign. These features streamline my work and make Touchpoint MX indispensable for our research and consulting projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Touchpoint MX?

Team role permissions are overly rigid for our layered consulting team structure. Our staff is split into lead researchers, junior analysts, and client-facing account managers, each requiring distinct access levels to edit outreach sequences or view sensitive audience data. Touchpoint MX only supports individual user permission adjustments, with no pre-built bulk role groups. When onboarding multiple new junior analysts, I have to manually restrict access to every active research campaign one user at a time, which becomes cumbersome when running 8–10 concurrent regional market studies. The platform lacks customizable role groups and bulk access controls, only allowing manual, user-by-user permission adjustments for every individual campaign and audience list. It also lacks permission audit reports, forcing me to manually verify user access for German GDPR compliance reviews. Its automation segmentation only supports single-condition rules, with no ability to stack multi-variable filters for industry, region, and past engagement. This forces me to build duplicate audience lists and redundant outreach sequences for precise B2B respondent targeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Touchpoint MX solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Touchpoint MX to automate GDPR-compliant outreach, unify customer touchpoints, and simplify participant recruitment. It saves time on manual tasks, improves engagement data accuracy, ensures compliance, and aligns research data seamlessly with Qualtrics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
