What do you like best about TouchPoint Church Management Software?

I love having all the information I need at one stop, I love being able to text, e-mail, map, right there on the page, I love printing yearly statements with one click of a button, I love the registration capabilities, I love the helpful videos, and I loved the few instructional webinars! What do you dislike about TouchPoint Church Management Software?

I takes a bit to figure out how to set some of the features up-not being an IT person. I wish there were a lot more videos on how to set some basics up initially-after they are set up-they are a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
