What do you like best about TOTVS ERP?

The application is very good, and I had extensive experience with it for 2 years in an educational company. The application was intuitive and served various areas of the company such as accounts payable, fiscal control, and student affiliates. What do you dislike about TOTVS ERP?

The good interaction with the Blue Prism mapping to the application elements. The application is very good, and I had extensive experience with it for 2 years in an educational company. During that time, I was part of the company’s automation team, and we faced some difficulties in mapping the screen elements of the TOTVS application. Often, the screen elements did not have well-defined properties; they were very generic and lacked a standard of attributes such as class name, ID, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TOTVS ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?

TOTVS is solving the issues related to the registration and launch of student grants, as well as the exchange of semesters and periods. Additionally, with the integration of process automation tools, it has been possible to exponentially enhance the performance of all teams working with the ERP.
