I’m really happy with TotalBrokerage right now. When I create a transaction, it asks if I already have an executed form. I say yes, upload the binding contract, and it scans everything for me. Normally I would have to fill out all the tabs myself, like property address, commissions, closing day, earnest money, and all that. But now it fills everything in for me. It saves me at least 10 minutes per transaction, maybe more. I still double-check, but it’s usually accurate since it’s always the same form. I’m just so happy with that feature Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
