Excellent support team. AI bot is really helpful at resolving queries. Information is accessible, and downloadable. Reports are highly customisable. Being able to see the WIP helps us to ensure all projects are accurately invoiced in a timely manner. The integration with Xero has helped reduce duplicate workload. There is several ways of reaching the same information - but this is not always obvious. Key information for the team is not accessible immediately - or visually easy to understand. Schedule gannt charts would be useful for the projects. Often the features we would like are hidden behind a more premium package which is a frustration.
