The resourcing and planning module seems to be something that it is a bit hard to utilise for our teams. As a result we are not bale to gain visibility over what project people are working on and what is their availability. we also work with many casuals and subcontractors and looks like it is a bit of a trouble to track it while they are not Synergy users.
