What do you like best about Total Lean Management (TLM) QMS Software?

We are a small engineering shop and can't afford a dedicated quality manager, but maintaining ISO 9001 registration is mandatory for our business. The best thing about TLM and their support is that this combination has resulted in zero findings or recommendations during our last ISO certification audit. What do you dislike about Total Lean Management (TLM) QMS Software?

The main app makes so much information easily accessible that, at first, it's a little like drinking from a firehose. The main app is not a "hand-holding" app that walks you through a workflow. The web app, on the other hand, is much easier to get used to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Total Lean Management (TLM) QMS Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

TLM does a superb job of maintaining all the controlled documents we need to run our business and with the new Claude AI integration, I can just ask the software to find what I'm looking for, and I get links to the appropriate documents that open in a new browser tab.
