What do you like best about Torsh Talent?

I can record myself teaching and then upload the videos to which I get feedback from the Torsh Talent. The time-stamped comments allow me to know precisely which part of the lesson my coach is talking about, which makes for a more targeted discussion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Torsh Talent?

The comments do not play right below the video like YouTube where I switch between the two. This interferes with the process of evaluating my performance as a teacher and associating the criticism with certain areas of the classroom session. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Torsh Talent solving and how is that benefiting you?

Torsh Talent helps me address the points that relate to the receipt of residual feedback regarding my teaching practice. Because I record what happens in the classroom and get comments with a timestamp, I can focus on specific incidents and have more meaningful conversations with my coach.
