What do you like best about Torque360?

The Inventory module has been one of my favorite additions. It gives us a much better way to keep track of parts and supplies, and it’s especially helpful having that information connected to the rest of the system. I also have to mention the support team—they’re quick to respond whenever we have a question, run into a glitch, or need help figuring something out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Torque360?

The appointment side is probably the area I like the least right now. It works for what we need, but I think there’s room to make scheduling and managing appointments more streamlined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Torque360 solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were looking for a system that could bring more structure to the way we manage repair orders and customer communication. Instead of handling different parts of the process separately, we can manage more of the workflow from one place. It has made the day-to-day process more organized and easier to follow.
