**What do you like best about Torii?**

Torii allows us to identify and understand all the SaaS applications used within our environment, the scope of their use, and their associated costs.  Now we don't just know that they are being used, but we better understand how and why they are being used.  Validating data from several sources helps build and understand these associations and actual costs.  We then classify identified applications based on several factors, such as their approval status, business risk, who is using them, etc. This is increasingly important as we monitor and control the use of AI apps.

Furthermore, we leverage workflows within Torii to surface alerts when new applications are discovered, or usage of a previously closed or restricted application is detected.  This allows us to take action quickly to determine the appropriate response.  We have also been using workflows to streamline onboarding and offboarding.  Doing so not only make the process faster and easier, but it provides us with an audit trail of what actions were performed and if they were successful or not.

I also appreciate all the Torii team members I have worked with. We have ongoing regular meetings with our CSM to ensure things are going smoothly and address any issues or questions that may have come up.  She has been super helpful in collecting feedback and feature requests and then getting those passed on to their product and engineering teams.  And she gives status updates on those requests every week.  So I know they weren't just logged and forgotten; they are actually being worked on!   Whenever I contacted their support team, they responded quickly, are great to work with, and I almost always get the same couple of people which helps to build a feeling of trust. I couldn't ask for a better personal experience with their team, and it is clear that they want to ensure their product meets our needs and is a benefit to our organization.

**What do you dislike about Torii?**

The product needs some additional refinement added to it in some areas.  While it does routinely receive updates that add new integrations and features, there are areas such as workflows which really need some quality of life improvements.  There are relatively simple improvements like including a name/label or description field within workflow steps that would make things much easier to navigate and understand. It's possible to have multiple workflow items that all look the same and so you currently need to click into them one-by-one to see their individual details and figure out which step you are looking for.  Being able to add some details which would be visible without needing to click into each item would go a long way towards making this more intuitive and streamlined, especially when it comes to troubleshooting or editing existing workflows.

We also run into some issues with users being duplicated within the platform if using multiple integrations to try and fill in the gaps in data.  For example, if a native integration doesn't pull or display role or licensing information for users, I have used the Google Sheets-based integration as a stop gap to try and manually add that information. This can result in duplicate users being shown rather than merging all the data into the existing users. Hopefully we see a fix for that soon.

The Torii team has been fantastic with taking our feedback, and they seem to have an aggressive development life cycle.

**What problems is Torii solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Torii is helping us to identify the SaaS applications used within our environment and to understand the risks, usage, and expenses associated with those applications so that we can make better and more informed decisions as an organization.  They are also helping us streamline our operations around contract and expense management, onboarding/offboarding, and license management.

**What do you like best about Torii?**

What I most like about Torii is its dynamism in developing new features and building new integrations. Many other services just get money and stagnate, but Torii is absolutely different; they rapidly implement new functionality that we are asking about, or even don't think about.

Another outstanding thing is the customer support/account manager, this person is highly involved in our environment, shows new capabilities of the platform and does not try to upsell anything - this is a rare case these days.

**What do you dislike about Torii?**

Sometimes the new interface with splitting between 2 systems, SMP, and Identify is a bit confusing. Also, it would be nice to have a deeper integration with JIRA/JSM.

**What problems is Torii solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides transparency into our SaaS management, as for IT and finance and also for end users as a source of truth for Authorised services.

With Torii, we can keep the service catalogue not just as an outdated spreadsheet, but a fully functional and well-integrated system, with actual services, service owners and spend.

**What do you like best about Torii?**

Easy to use, product is growing fast now with AI as compared previously. But still for simple things for if we want to set vacation responsder for a user in google workspace the connector in workflow doesnt allow adding dynamic user. Things like that force us to use other automation solutions

**What do you dislike about Torii?**

Still a lot of features are not perfect specially in workflow like example of google workspace connector. Similarly, in wrike connector there is no possibility to deactivate a user in wrike and transfer all their data to their manager suppose and then delete user from wrike

**What problems is Torii solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Torii is solving the issue of discovering shadow it and AI and this is important for us

**What do you like best about Torii?**

I like that Torii is pretty easy to use in my day-to-day activities. The support is actually really responsive (kidos to Inti), and I've gotten a lot of help from the support team, especially when I had 100 questions at the beginning. It's really amazing how any time I have an issue, they're there to support me. The overview of all our tools is really, really good to have, and we're now working on getting the same for finance reports and information around our SaaS tools. The ability to keep all SaaS tools we use in one place is great for having an overview and ensuring everything is in line with our privacy policy, which is also really important.

**What do you dislike about Torii?**

I have a few things that could be improved. The first one is, it's missing a lot of integrations with a lot of SaaS tools, like the preset integrations are definitely not enough. And another feedback is, bulk options, usually require CS support and preset Excel files. Like, you have to prepare a preset Excel file to actually upload in Torii, but even Excel file needs to be drafted by your, customer success, reference and sometimes they are not really responsive as the support team. Plus, it's a lot of back and forth. Initial Onboarding: Well, to be honest, it wasn't that easy. But also because we had some issues with our customer success referent back then. They were trying to actually follow a really, really, preset onboarding list of tasks and that list wasn't really in line with our processes and our internal flows. So we didn't have that much of support, to be honest, from CS.

**What problems is Torii solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Torii helps us manage all our SaaS tools in one place, giving a clear overview. It streamlines onboarding and offboarding while ensuring compliance with our privacy policy, which is crucial for our legal team.

**What do you like best about Torii?**

Torii gives us a truly comprehensive and real-time view of our entire SaaS landscape, from discovery to usage and spend, so we finally have one reliable source of truth instead of scattered spreadsheets and ad‑hoc reports. The automation and workflows around onboarding, offboarding, license reclamation and access reviews have removed a huge amount of manual work from IT and made our processes far more consistent and secure. Deep integrations with SSO, HR, finance and collaboration tools mean data flows seamlessly, renewals are tracked proactively, and we can have much stronger vendor and budget conversations with Finance. The interface is intuitive, new users ramp up quickly, and the customer success team is very proactive and easy to work with.

**What do you dislike about Torii?**

There is so much functionality that it can take some time to fully explore everything and decide which dashboards and workflows you want to standardize on for each stakeholder group. Advanced reporting and some very specific use cases may still require custom configuration, but support is responsive and helps close those gaps quickly

**What problems is Torii solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Torii has helped us uncover all SaaS in use (including shadow IT), reclaim underused licenses, remove duplicate tools and negotiate renewals with clear data, which has had a measurable impact on reducing SaaS spend. It centralizes contract, usage and cost information so IT, Finance, Security and HR can collaborate from the same platform and make faster, better decisions. Overall it turned SaaS management from a reactive, time‑consuming chore into a strategic capability that supports compliance, cost optimization and a better experience for our employees.

**What do you like best about Torii?**

I really like how Torii is built, the interface is very responsive and fluid unlike many competitors. The workflows run without issues and there is no lag. I also love that they improve things all the time by adding new features, like the recent addition of the option to copy an action in a workflow, and ongoing improvements to their platform. I also like that they listen to us and try to improve things we point out to them.

**What do you dislike about Torii?**

Nothing, everything is great!Everything is great; there's nothing wrong!

**What problems is Torii solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Torii for managing employee lifecycles, cost, and license management, which helps streamline onboarding/offboarding and manage app costs and contracts.

We now have a very clear picture of the license usage and can easily save $ by not purchasing an additional seat.

workflows are the most helpful currently. they help automate important changes across our IT platforms.

**What do you dislike about Torii?**

setting up the access reviews has been confusing and not yet effective for our team.

**What problems is Torii solving and how is that benefiting you?**

smart onboarding and offboarding workflows! our IT team is able to schedule offboards without needing to "babysit" the change. Identity changes occur in near realtime without the need to manually update across systems thanks to Torii workflows!

Torii is designed specifically to be the Single Source of Truth  for a company's entire software stack.

The UI is very user-friendly. It has all the integrations we need, and it lets us view contracts and reduce licenses.

**What do you like best about Torii?**

Torii has provided us with an easy-to-use tool which surfaced a simple workflow for us to reign in our contracts across the company. We now have a centralized location where all of the terms and paperwork can live. It is very easy to setup and implement and the users find it easy to use. This has resolved issues we've had where different versions of contractual agreements existed in email with confusing versions/dates appended and our finance team struggled to stay on top of this. Torii ensures that responsible parties are frequently in the tool and maintaining their paperwork.

**What do you dislike about Torii?**

Torii has quite a few integrations that are useful, but I would like to see more on the cloud and infrastructure security side of things. Other than that, I have not complaints or issues.

**What problems is Torii solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Torii is helping us maintain a single repository of the final versions of contractual paperwork. This has reduced the workload on many people across the company in chasing down paperwork to find the latest terms.
