What do you like best about Torch?

Torch has been a great resource for our mid-level leaders in our organization. They are paired with a coach that understands their strengths and areas for improvement to help develop and mentor our team members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Torch?

The reporting isn't as clear as I'd like as an administrator; however there is reporting and I feel like I have line of sight into how our teams are doing without being invasive -- meaning I get line of sight without knowing the details of their coaching, which is the point and what we were looking for. What problems is Torch solving and how is that benefiting you?

Torch provides an outside, independent, qualified individual to help guide our mid-level leaders in the organization.
