What do you like best about TOPS?

Most of it is user friendly, it's easy to learn, it makes our accounting process easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TOPS?

We don't utilize all of the features because they are difficult to use. Some things are complicated and should be easy, like printing violation letters or invoices, there are too many steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering TOPS:

It's a good product for Property Management. It's fairly easy to use. there are some quirks and things that can be difficult to do. Their support is good but, difficult to contact if you need immediate help. You call and leave a message and have to wait for them to call you back, this can really disrupt productivity. What problems is TOPS solving and how is that benefiting you?
