I have been using Topicflow for more than a year. Using it to generate shared agendas, take and share notes as necessary, and for me, creating a "to do" list on the fly is super useful. It is intuitively easy to use. Its connections with Google Meet and Calendar are very helpful. I work part time, but when working, I use it several times per day.
