"Fleetonomy uses Toonimo for onboarding - great tool"

What do you like best about Toonimo?

Fleetonomy is a SaaS solution and we use Toonimo for onboarding of our customers users.

Toonimo has some super cool functionalities and the combination of audio-visual and text bubbles is great.

Rule engine is good, with every option we need including custom javascript.

Coach marks library is also something cool we didn't see when we looked at other vendors. The element detection also works great.

Integration was also super fast Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Toonimo?

There is no ability to record a flow and then it auto creates walkthroughs on it. (something we used to have in automation testing softwares). Also we use Toonimo for multiple languages and with unique languages it sometimes takes around 3 business days to record. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Toonimo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Users onboarding is now smooth due to Toonimo. We track metrics like user engagement and conversation in some of our funnels and got some great feedback from end-users and good KPI results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
