What do you like best about Tonkean?

I don't need to wait for my internal IT team to create or complete a workflow. Once connected, we can configure the tool to fit my processes.

I don't not feel limited with the out-of-the box functionality of our large enterprise software tools since I can augment them with Tonkean.

I have a great relationship with the team I work with at Tonkean. Their deep knowledge of the tool, the tools we integrate with, and the industry in general allows me to trust them and grow my tech knowledge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tonkean?

For each connection to enterprise tools I need, I must reintroduce Tonkean to my IT team, explain the use case, and share the security environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tonkean solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rather than buying an expensive and complicated OCR tool, we created a Tonkean workflow to identify new documents and use Google OCR to read them. This allows us to search on the contents of the documents rather than just the filename. A full text search like this enables me to look for any keyword accross our full population of contracts to have the confidence that nothing is missed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
