What do you like best about Told?

What I appreciate most about Told is the disconcerting simplicity with which one can create and deploy micro-surveys. The user interface is modern, intuitive, and allows for precisely targeting the right moment in the user journey to gather actionable feedback without being intrusive. What do you dislike about Told?

There are very few negative points. If I had to nitpick, I would like to see even more native integrations with third-party CRM tools, although the current webhooks already allow for a lot of things. The product is evolving quickly, so I have no doubt that this will happen soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Told solving and how is that benefiting you?

Told allows us to bridge the gap between us and our users. Before, we struggled to understand why some users abandoned their cart or didn't use a specific feature. Thanks to Told's smart triggers, we get qualitative feedback in real-time. This has allowed us to iterate much faster on our product based on real data rather than assumptions.
