You cannot send emails or run email cadence through Toky. If a customer or prospect does not pick-ups the call it does not considers it a call. Even the valid nos. that do not give any dial tone for a moment while making a call are not considered to be a call in Toky. Calling on the restricted nos. are also considered call attempts. Interface for checking total dials of the day and your personal dials as an agent is quite complex.
