We use Tokenbooks to manage accounting across several wallets and entities. Being able to bring them into one portfolio is important because we need a group-level view, not a separate set of books for every wallet.
The accounting workflow gives us a lot of flexibility. We have several dimensions available when mapping transactions, can define our own accounting rules, and can make manual adjustments when needed. We can also prepare reports inside the product instead of exporting journal entries and rebuilding everything in Excel.
Tokenbooks also connects accounting with the operational side of finance. We can set approver roles and approval policies for payment requests, and maintain counterparties separately from wallet addresses. This is useful when one counterparty uses several wallets or does not use crypto at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
