What do you like best about Togai?

SaaS billing is super complicated. For a product with complex, tiered pricing plan, managing accurate billing was one of the first challenges we encountered. After reviewing multiple billing tools, we finalized Togai for its intuitive capabilities, ease of implementation, and most importantly, scalability.

What do you dislike about Togai?

What problems is Togai solving and how is that benefiting you?

We really wanted a customizable billing solution to fit our model perfectly and Togai did exactly that. The implementation process was super easy and fast. We consistently monitor feature usage and plan limits to send timely alerts to customers. And this data is also helpful in tracking which features matter the most to our users.
