What do you like best about Todyl Security Platform?

What I like most is that Todyl brings several critical security capabilities together in one integrated platform. We use it to deliver SASE, endpoint security, SIEM, and 24/7 MXDR services without having to manage a collection of disconnected tools.<br><br>The MXDR team has been especially valuable. When a security event occurs, we receive rapid analysis and actionable information instead of simply getting another alert to investigate. This gives our small MSP the capabilities and coverage of a much larger security operation while helping us provide consistent protection across our clients. What do you dislike about Todyl Security Platform?

Because the platform covers so many security functions, there is a learning curve when first configuring and managing all of its capabilities. I would also like to see continued improvements to the reporting and dashboard customization, particularly for creating concise, client-facing executive reports. What problems is Todyl Security Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Todyl helps us solve the challenge of providing enterprise-level security to small and midsized businesses without building and staffing our own 24/7 security operations center. It consolidates secure access, endpoint protection, SIEM, and MXDR into a coordinated platform, reducing tool sprawl and improving visibility across client environments.<br><br>For MetroMSP, the biggest benefit is scalability. Our small team can protect and monitor more than 100 endpoints while Todyl’s security team helps investigate and respond to threats around the clock. This allows us to respond faster, manage cyber risk more effectively, and give our clients access to security capabilities they could not reasonably build on their own.
