I’ve grown to appreciate the portal as my single pane of glass for everything security. For anything Todyl doesn’t secure directly, there’s an integration available that fits my tool stack, with alerts that trigger based on the rule set they already have in place.
Their new 2025 pricing model is what helped me finally close the door on other vendors. When I try to piece together the same stack using other providers, the total cost ends up much higher than Todyl’s published rates.
I’ve never had an issue getting support. It’s not always immediate, but I consistently get a response within a couple of hours when I have a platform-related question. And having direct access to the mxdr team for emergencies gives me peace of mind that I can reach someone right away if and when it’s needed.
I’m not the fastest at building SIEM queries, but Janus has helped me cut down the time it takes to get the information I’m looking for. It saves me hours each month by letting me chat with my data or by guiding me through writing a query. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At the moment, I can’t really point to anything I dislike. Whenever I run into something that frustrates me, either Support or the ODE team is always willing to schedule time, jump on a meeting, and work with me to understand what I’m trying to do, educate me along the way, and help get it resolved.
