What do you like best about Todoist?

It helps me organize my daily tasks without feeling overloaded by too many features. I can quickly add tasks, set due dates, create projects, and keep my work organized with labels and priorities. The recurring tasks and natural-language input are especially helpful because they save time when I’m managing regular activities. I also like that it syncs across devices, so my task list stays accessible wherever I’m working. Overall, it’s a clean, practical tool for tracking tasks and staying organized. What do you dislike about Todoist?

Some useful features are limited to paid plans, which can feel restrictive for users who simply want a capable task manager. Notifications and reminders aren’t always as flexible as I’d like, and when I’m managing complex projects with lots of dependencies, it can start to feel limiting compared with more advanced project management tools. The interface is generally clean, but striking the right balance between simplicity and customization isn’t always easy. Overall, I’d like more flexibility in the free plan. What problems is Todoist solving and how is that benefiting you?
