The Zero-Friction Entry is exceptional, allowing tasks like 'Review monthly budget every 1st at 9am #Finance p1' to immediately schedule a recurring event, categorize it into a project, and set top priority without clicking any menus. The Smart Parsing is brilliant, understanding relative dates, inline tags, and project assignments natively. Ubiquitous Accessibility is a huge plus, letting me capture thoughts in seconds via desktop shortcuts, mobile widgets, or watch complications, thus eliminating cognitive load. I also love the Custom Filters, as they allow me to build precise daily views, focusing strictly on high-priority work items, keeping the interface clean and preventing overwhelm.
