What do you like best about Toca.io?

The partnership with the Toca team has been fantastic - they’re always available to support us, provide training, and ensure we’re getting maximum value from the platform. The flexibility of the software is a huge advantage; it allows us to build everything from bespoke customer solutions to more generic offerings. What do you dislike about Toca.io?

Because the platform is so flexible, it can sometimes be easy to overcomplicate builds, making delivery more challenging. Additionally, since it’s a new and evolving product, updates and changes occasionally require us to revisit and adjust our solutions. What problems is Toca.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

We work with SMEs that often have bespoke requirements where standard off-the-shelf solutions fall short. Toca enables us to build custom solutions that closely match each customer’s specific needs. At the same time, the platform allows us to deliver products with a strong, user-friendly UI—something that’s been a challenge with other software we’ve used. Beyond bespoke builds, we’re also able to create reusable products that can be resold to multiple customers, opening up new opportunities for us in terms of pricing, scalability, and usability.
