What do you like best about TLNT?

How human and well curated the experience feels. TLNT combines strong recruiting systems with a personal approach, so the process is efficient without losing the interaction and feedback that candidates value. They also work with incredible clients looking for a level of talent and sophistication that TLNT is able to deliver through its systems and careful selection process. What do you dislike about TLNT?

What problems is TLNT solving and how is that benefiting you?

TLNT brings the human element back into recruiting without compromising efficiency. Many hiring processes today are heavily driven by AI and automation, making it difficult for candidates to receive feedback or even understand where they stand. With TLNT, I felt there were real people behind the process who communicated with me and made the experience much more engaging and motivating.
