What do you like best about TLNT?

Without a doubt, the best part of TLNT is the calibre of their recruitment partners, specifically Melissa Jacobs. She completely redefines the typical hiring experience. Instead of treating the process like an "on-the-script" corporate transaction, she brought an incredibly approachable, supportive, and warm energy to every single conversation. It never felt like I was just another applicant on a dashboard. Her communication was so natural and genuine that it felt like collaborating with a close friend who truly had my back while still maintaining absolute professionalism and keeping the entire process moving forward seamlessly. What do you dislike about TLNT?

It is honestly difficult to find anything negative to say after such a seamless 10/10 experience! If I had to provide one piece of constructive feedback, it might just be the desire for a centralized candidate portal to track onboarding milestones and documents. What problems is TLNT solving and how is that benefiting you?

While TLNT connected me with a great opportunity, the biggest benefit to me was getting to work with Melissa Jacobs. Navigating the hiring process usually feels stressful and transactional, but Melissa completely changed that dynamic. She is honestly the best recruiter I have ever worked with.
