One click helps me copy the recording link and the summary and relevant timestamps of various discussion points. 2. I can add prompts to the AI chat - and get exact insights, quotes and relevant extracts from the call - to share with the company/management. 3. I can cut specific clips out of entire calls - and join them together - to create shareable reels. 4. It is light, does not consume a lot of memory and does not slow my system down. 5. The entire company has access to it—the product can listen in to CS and support calls, and customer-facing/revenue-driven teams can learn more about the product and tech—all via one single library. 6. Implementation is super easy - provide access via email IDs. It integrates with G meet, Zoom, Teams - and even has a chrome extension as well as a desktop app - that you can choose to install 7. I emailed the COO/CEO themselves about some feedback and was offered a chance to meet with the stakeholders, so customer support is breezy! 8. I needed it for a presentation. Only this one feature was sort of lagging on a specific day. Probably due to some ongoing issue with the LLM engine they based it on - not a big one. It prevents me from going over the same calls twice. It helps me be more attentive to customers - when it already does the note-taking for me. I had an hour-long meeting and had a 15-second explanation on a system functionality. I was able to ask tl;dv "please explain how to run X system function" and it was correctly able to reproduce those steps without me sifting through an hour of the recording to find it. The summary is great, but honestly the capability to ask the AI to answer questions about the meeting is by far the highlight of my experience. **What do you dislike about tl;dv?** Nothing to dislike about tl;dv. My only minor qualm is is every meeting I have to request consent from all meeting parties to be recorded by the AI. Only takes 30 seconds to explain but it gets repetitive doing this 10 times a day.
