What do you like best about tl;dv?

TL;DV is easy to implement, manage, and use. It offers flexible AI-powered analysis with support for multiple sales methodologies, making it particularly valuable for sales (my use-case). The desktop application, recording options, HubSpot integration, and strong analytics provide a streamlined workflow, while the pricing represents excellent value.

What do you dislike about tl;dv?

I don't have many negatives to call out with TL;DV. If I had to pick something, I'd say the analytics could probably be a little stronger. Having said that, I think it's only fair to put that into context. We haven't rolled it out across our global team yet, and we don't have a large volume of meeting data on the platform, so I don't think I've seen everything it's capable of.

Beyond that, I really haven't come across any major issues or concerns. If I was looking for another point to mention, it would be that their team is based in Europe while I'm in Australia, so the time zone difference can make things a little challenging at times. That said, it's never really been a problem in practice. Their support has been excellent via email and chat, and even their co-founder has been incredibly responsive and helpful in getting us up and running. What problems is tl;dv solving and how is that benefiting you?

TL;DV is helping us standardise and scale our sales process across four global regions. It allows us to record and analyse calls, apply consistent sales methodologies like BANT, SPICED, and MEDDPICC, and coach our teams using real customer conversations.

It's also helping us build a consistent demo playbook, capture meeting insights directly into HubSpot as our single source of truth, and identify product and roadmap opportunities based on real customer feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
