What do you like best about Tive?

Tive is very user friendly I like the fact that you can set templets and allows for repeat tracking to be very quick and easy to setup. They give everyone from the carrier, shipper, receiver, and our customer piece of mind. It allows everyone to properly schedule deliveries and always have visibility. I have 4 repeat trackers weekly that are setup in under 5 mins. Also, our designated account manager is great she is able to take time from her day to ensure our tracking is working as it should and even adjust thresholds for us to ensure more accurate tracking. The actual Tive trackers are fool proof as well one button to start them and they are off tracking. Finally, the ability for us to tie our customers in to give them visibility of our tracking from location, G-force, humidity, temperature to light sensing makes these trackers a game changer - no more check calls needed! What do you dislike about Tive?

We've had some slight technical issues with tracking settings but they were quickly addressed by our Tive account manager. Overall there is nothing to dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tive solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tive allows us to provide tracking internationally from the USA into Mexico. It gives us the ability to provide accurate tracking which in my case the most important is the location and light sensing as it allows us to monitor any possible tampering of our freight. The light sensor allows us to know if our trailers are opened for whatever reason while loaded. It gives our customers and operators peace of mind which saves us time and money.
