What I appreciate most about Titan Forms is how seamlessly it integrates with Salesforce to create powerful, data-driven form experiences. Rather than relying on external tools and then trying to sync everything back later, data moves in real time directly within Salesforce, which has noticeably streamlined our processes. From a UI/UX standpoint, the drag-and-drop builder makes it easy to get started. We’ve been able to build forms quickly for a wide range of needs, and that has saved our team a considerable amount of time compared with creating custom solutions from scratch. The Salesforce integration is also where Titan Forms really stands out for us. We can create, update, and relate records across multiple objects (such as Accounts, Contacts, and custom objects) within a single form. This has been especially valuable for more complex workflows like assessments or multi-step data collection, where the relationships between records truly matter. In terms of workflow improvements, Titan Forms has helped us replace manual data entry and disconnected forms with one guided experience. For example, we’ve built forms that walk users through structured processes while automatically handling the backend record creation—something that previously required multiple steps across multiple systems. Performance-wise, the forms are generally responsive and reliable, and we’ve been able to scale usage across different teams without running into major issues. While Titan Forms is a powerful and flexible tool, there are a few areas where targeted improvements would make a noticeable difference. From a UI/UX and customization perspective, one of the biggest challenges is styling with CSS. Writing CSS itself is straightforward, but in Titan Forms it can be confusing to figure out how to correctly reference specific elements or IDs, and the process sometimes feels clunky. That creates friction when trying to fine-tune the visual design of forms—especially for admins who are comfortable with CSS but not as familiar with the platform’s internal structure. A more intuitive (or visual) way to target elements, along with clearer documentation, would go a long way toward improving the experience. Related to that, the AI/intelligence capabilities feel like an area with a lot of untapped potential. It would be extremely helpful to have an AI assistant built into the platform that can support styling—for example by suggesting layouts, generating CSS, or even identifying the correct selectors for specific elements. I often rely on external tools like Claude for design help, so having that functionality directly within Titan Forms would streamline the process significantly. On performance, form load times can sometimes be slow, particularly for users with less reliable or slower internet connections. This is something we encounter frequently with the population we serve, and it can affect the overall user experience. Better performance and optimization for lower-bandwidth environments would make the tool feel more accessible and consistent. For integrations and advanced configurations, the Salesforce connection is strong, but more transparency and simplicity in how elements and data bindings are structured would reduce the learning curve. Overall, Titan Forms is highly capable, but improving CSS usability, adding AI-assisted design support, and optimizing performance for all users would significantly enhance the platform. Titan Forms has helped us solve a major challenge with fragmented, manual data collection by enabling us to centralize all of our forms into a single digital experience. Before Titan Forms, many of our processes depended on a mix of paper forms, static documents, and disconnected tools. That made it hard to manage data consistently and ensure everyone had access to the right forms at the right time. It also added administrative overhead to collect, enter, and verify information. With Titan Forms, we’ve been able to move everything into a centralized digital portal where users can quickly find, access, and complete the forms they need. This has made a noticeable difference in accessibility—especially for a distributed group of users—because everything is available in one place and can be completed from anywhere. The benefits have been significant. Centralization means all forms live in one system, so users can locate and complete what they need without confusion. Accessibility has improved because fully digital forms ensure everyone—regardless of location—can access and submit information and on their own time. Administrative work has been reduced since data is captured directly in Salesforce, eliminating manual entry and much of the follow-up. Accuracy and consistency are better as well, because standardized forms help us collect the right data in the right format every time.
