The interface has some minor challenges and UX problems, but those will surely improve with time

Lack of ability to manage users or admin the system without their help is a challenge. Would love more admin controls accessible to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tingono Tara solving and how is that benefiting you?

Most of all, the Tingono team is incredible to work with in fine-tuning the score and making it work the way you need it to. Overall, the algorithm seems on point and really helps our team to get ahead of churn risks and upsell opportunities with our customers.
