What I like most is how easy it is to build and manage workflows. The visual setup makes it easier to understand what each step is doing, and I don't have to write a lot of code for basic automation. It also makes it easier to update a workflow when the process changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The main thing I found a little difficult was getting used to all the options when building more complex workflows. The basic setup is pretty straightforward, but some of the more advanced steps can take a bit of trial and error to configure the way I want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
