We manage our entire inventory with Timly. For each asset, we not only store photos for quick recognition but also user manuals, inspection reports, operating instructions, and much more. Setting up is a process that integrates well into the procurement process with a little time investment per asset. For existing inventory, about 10 minutes per asset should be planned (attaching the QR code, photos, uploading documents, creating tickets, etc.). The benefit is that all employees have access to all important documents via QR code, even for complaints, repairs, and regular inspections. It couldn't be easier! For setting up existing assets, the Excel import can be used, which takes just minutes. The onboarding was extremely helpful, even though Timly can mostly be used intuitively. Still, many thanks for the great support in getting started. The perceived speed is real-time, and no disadvantage to locally installed software is noticeable in everyday life. The price seems high in absolute terms, but all employees can view the data released according to their role at any time on their smartphone or PC, and managing many assets is a matter of seconds through filters on ALL object properties. Inventories - a breeze, processing inspections per ticket category and room is time-saving as nothing is overlooked. Forgetting, searching, researching documents - everything takes longer without Timly or becomes expensive or dangerous if checks are not carried out! In the future, the integration of measuring devices for testing electrical equipment according to DGUV is planned. This will integrate the measurement protocols directly into Timly. I expect a huge productivity boost from the new AI function, I'm excited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only issue is that you can't filter tickets directly by rooms; instead, you see the open tickets after selecting the room. If both options were available, you would have all possibilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
