**What do you like best about TimeTap?**

TimeTap allows us to take advantage of its scheduling facility to setup–up our meetings and manage schedules. Customization is one of its highlights to adjust our communications according to the needs of our users. Automated notifications keep us up to date with reports of scheduled appointments and schedule changes and customized forms makes easy to collect relevant information for each appointment; plus technical support is always responsive to user needs.

**What do you dislike about TimeTap?**

Setting up integrations with external calendars and understanding all the customization options can take considerable time so it's important to be patient during this initial phase; this is compensated for as the platform operates very smoothly.

**What problems is TimeTap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TimeTap helps us coordinate agendas and maintain access to up–to date data on scheduled meetings and appointments, making the work environment more collaborative, optimizing the time of everyone involved and avoiding schedule conflicts.

**What do you like best about TimeTap?**

From my experience, I find TimeTap really user-friendly software that makes scheduling tasks and connecting with customers/team members easy. I can easily keep track record of the performance of team members with the help of tools and features available. Additionally, it provides me with reminders and emails for booked appointments and offers various payment options. It really simplifies task management and enhances the overall use experience. Moreover, I got prompt and fast answers by going through the in-app messaging system.

**What do you dislike about TimeTap?**

I would suggest adding more customisation options to the platform. I find subscription prices are a bit higher as compared to other options. For me, the mobile app experience was not good and it requires improvement. I faced an issue with real-time notification, it was notified very late. Providing more export options for user data. I think it would be beneficial for the platform to offer more third-party integrations.

I think it's a great platform for me to schedule my tasks on the dates I want and I can easily keep track of the things my team and I have accomplished. With the help of this platform, I have been able to easily get appointments and schedule my tasks on different dates that work for me. I also really appreciate how it sends reminders and emails for the work that I have scheduled. It has helped us tremendously in managing our staff by making them work and complete there respective assigned tasks within time. It's an amazing platform for anyone looking to experience the value of time and optimized their efficiency.

**What do you like best about TimeTap?**

TimeTap is a feature-rich scheduling software. Combined with seamless communication capabilities this software has simplified my task scheduling and made my work more efficient. The software provides a user-friendly space and control even individuals with limited technological knowledge can navigate it easily. The feature I like the most is the platform's automatic reminders and email notifications for booked appointments, which has streamlined my appointment management. Overall it's a nice platform with everything you need in scheduling your important tasks.

**What do you dislike about TimeTap?**

Besides being an efficient software there are still several critical areas where this platform needs improvements. Customization options are on the scarce side as well and the subscription plan is relatively heavy on budget. The most frustrating aspect for me was the delay in receiving timely notifications for scheduled. There is a serious need for optimization required in mobile app performance. Finally, expanding third-party integration options would be beneficial. In general, numerous enhancements have the potential to significantly elevate the user experience.

TimeTap proves to be a valuable platform for scheduling tasks and appointments as well as tracking team activities at the same time. Using this platform, I am efficiently taking appointments and managing scheduled tasks. The feature that stands out from me is its automatic reminders and email notifications system for scheduled tasks that really streamlines the whole appointment process, saving a lot of time. Overall, TimeTap has been a helpful toll in organizing my tasks and appointments.

**What do you like best about TimeTap?**

As the name suggests, TimeTap is a great time-organizing software. I was able to schedule my tasks, connect with my team members, store all appointment data in the format I wanted, make payments & much more. A big benefit is that TimeTap sends reminders & emails for all the bookings to their users. I was able to monitor my team's performance because of the amazing features & tools it provides. The interface is simple & anyone can use it.

**What do you dislike about TimeTap?**

What I did not like about TimeTap is the fact that the customization options are limited. The pricing is also a bit steep based on the user experience and the fact that it takes a long loading time for mobile users did not impress me. To make their app optimized, it should get integrated with a calendar which will enable users to get real-time notifications as per the scheduled task.

The TimeTap software is optimized to schedule your tasks and the same time to monitor your team. The feature of sending reminders & emails for scheduled work is revolutionary. With the help[ of TimeTap, I was finally able to get appointments & schedule my tasks that too on various dates. If the pricing can be brought down to the market rates, TimeTap will surely become a big hit.

**What do you like best about TimeTap?**

TimeTap allowed me to schedule my tasks which made my work so much easier. Not only this but it also helped me to connect with my customers and my colleagues without any difficulty. I find the user interface very easy to use and user-friendly enough for even less technologically knowledgeable people to use seamlessly. The tools and features that this platform provides are very helpful and it's also very convenient to use as it shows all my data on a single dashboard and also represents data graphically.

**What do you dislike about TimeTap?**

One of the disadvantages of this app is the availability of very less customization features as compared to other software in the market that provide cheaper subscription plans. I found the mobile app to be not smooth at all very laggy and filled with bugs. They should also provide a feature to integrate the calendar with personal calendar for better usage so that we can know if some event's timings clash.

**What problems is TimeTap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I mainly use TimeTap to schedule my work, keep track of my ongoing projects, and manage my team. Its detailed dashboard gives me all the information I need at a glance which helps me manage things easily. I also use its payments feature which helps me get money from my customers without using any third-party software which I find particularly amazing. It also reminds me and sends me notifications for appointments so that I don't ever miss my appointments. It also has many export and import features which are useful.

**What do you like best about TimeTap?**

From my previous experience with TimeTap it's a great scheduling software while helped me in getting my schedule into order. It sends me constant notifications and reminders about my upcoming appointments. I also find it's interface to be well designed and very informative. It can store all the appointments data at one place and I could easily export it into an excel file.

**What do you dislike about TimeTap?**

One drawback which I feel is holding it back is it's low customisation availability and the entire buggy experience. I feel they should also add 3rd party calendar integrations because as of now the user can't view thier appointments on  thier personal calendars. The platform I felt was a bit pricey as compared to the features it provides as its competitors may seen more value for money

**What problems is TimeTap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier to using TimeTap I struggled in keeping my schedule of appointments at one place and keep me informed when they are scheduled and certainly TimeTap has helped in tackling it. I nowadays use it to schedule me and teams schedule 2 weeks ahead so we receive ample amount of notifications and reminders of the work based on thier priority.

**What do you like best about TimeTap?**

The features which are commendable in TimeTap are as follows:-

1. Features and tools provided in this platform are very user-friendly. With this software, I am able to get real-time information about the engagements of each team member. The dashboard of this software also helps me to get detailed information on the scheduling of meetings with customers and the status of each engagement.  

2. We customise the profile of our customers as per our requirement, we can keep such information of a customer only that is relevant to us. This helps us to understand the customer better.  

3. I find the auto-generated text and email messages regarding meeting schedules phenomenal as they keep both my team and the clients in the loop and updated about the discussed schedule. This has made my team efficient as they are more aware of their schedule which in turn increases the organizational efficiency.

**What do you dislike about TimeTap?**

The few parts on which we can expect improvements are as follows:

1. I faced problems getting information instantly about the payment status of the customer in my active TimeTap window. Also, the deposit feature has a few issues, It took time to display the payment gateway and due to this, some customers left the site without completing the payment process. Every time we needed to follow up with such clients and request them to complete the payment process, a few of them disagreed to revisit the site and this way we lost revenue as well as wasted the vital time of our team members. 

2. Upon using the mobile interface of TimeTap I felt that it requires a major revamp in terms of optimisation as the user experience can be jerky and buggy at times. The GUI isn't specifically designed for mobile phones and requires an improvement. 

3. I felt the absence of export options to multiple file formats as I had to export the data in a specific file format and then manually convert it to the desired file type using another tool. This can be improved by providing export to multiple file types and it would save time.

**What problems is TimeTap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time Tap has helped me and my team to organise our messy schedule into a very disciplined one. It has also helped us in achieving better organisational efficiency. I can easily take appointments and schedule them on multiple dates. It also helps us reach the deadlines as it sends constant reminders to the team to finish the required task. Overall, it's a great scheduling platform but lacks in terms of UI and mobile access.

TimeTap has helped greatly in the scheduling of tasks and making my work way smooth and easier. It helped me to send tons of reminders, email, messages and notifications to my team for attending the various meetings and provide deadline as well for the completion of the tasks.

**What do you dislike about TimeTap?**

The interface of the platform is really dull and unattractive. The account set up process though not that lengthy, was really cumbersome and uneasy to fill in. There are times when the notifications which are important for the completion of tasks are not sent properly.

TimeTap is one of the best platform to schedule each and every tasks of mine on time with easy assigning of them.I was easily able to appoint and schedule various meetings and tasks of mine on different dates and complete it seamlessly.

With this software we can design our own customized forms so that our clients can access it and fill them out, we even like that we can add mandatory fields which they must complete to finish and send, this helps us know what type of client we will meet and The ways we can help you. TimeTap has many tools that help us in our company and our customers in an effective and totally online way. 

**What do you dislike about TimeTap?**

I would not like TimeTap to offer human resources management to manage the data of our employees from its platform, apart from that suggestion we have no complaints about the software, it really adapts to our demands regarding the handling of requests and customization. Its price in plans can be expensive if your organization requires multiple features. 

**Recommendations to others considering TimeTap:**

As for recommending TimeTap to our colleagues we can say that we give it a 10/10 in terms of customization and strategies to make our work easier, meet our customers and when making payments, a complete platform to work online, making from a payment until their follow-up.

We have made great progress in terms of appointments and schedules in which they are set, we are more attentive to our customers and we can easily find a way to solve their concerns and catch more potential customers, we have a lot of help from their mobile applications , since they can be handled from Android or iOS which simplifies the task. We receive notifications of upcoming meetings and store all information in one place.

**What do you like best about TimeTap?**

We are fascinated by their mobile support for native iOS devices. The platform allows you to add several staff (depending on the plan) and filter them according to certain patterns that can be predetermined. It has an excellent API, and the forms for booking are completely customizable. We also like that appointment information lists can be exported, and that the recall campaign system is quite fast.

**What do you dislike about TimeTap?**

Processing payments directly with timetap can be a fairly slow process. The platform does not support managing human resources internally, and does not evaluate the personnel hiring processes. It also does not offer a self-service portal creation system.

**Recommendations to others considering TimeTap:**

Timetap is highly recommended for managing online payments, scheduling appointments and courses, and for performing scheduling in real time. Timetap adapts to the needs of the user, and allows him to take better management of activities and notifications. In addition, it offers fairly accessible plans (a staff and a location for only 19.95). It is highly recommended for small and large companies.

**What problems is TimeTap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Timetap is a great solution for customizing booking forms. The recall is more automated, and its reminder system keeps us up to date on the dates of our meetings. Room booking is faster than with the other appointment scheduling softwares we used. The organization of job interviews has also improved, in which interactions with candidates can be tracked. With timetap it is more practical to make reservations online, and also make reservations online.

**What do you like best about TimeTap?**

Timetap is a good choice primarily for the convenience provided by your file library. With this we can import and export folders and documents. We like how customizable their invitation templates are for events, and their messaging system. In addition, with timetap all calendar appointments can be completely customized. We also like that the staff can count on multiple calendars, and not just one. 

**What do you dislike about TimeTap?**

We do not like your recall campaign management tool. A big problem with timetap is its price. The professional plan is quite expensive. Added to this, the platform is not properly integrated to CRM sales management services, as in the case of salesforce. We do not like that importing databases becomes such a slow process. 

**Recommendations to others considering TimeTap:**

This appointments programming service seemed excellent to us. It is very professional, and it is full of options for the internationalization of documents. We recommend her a lot to take unlimited appointments, and to schedule courses. It is also an excellent tool for the management of job interviews. 

**What problems is TimeTap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Timetap has helped us solve many time problems. Now our team can schedule work appointments and project launches much more conveniently. It has also become easier to customize our booking, and create reservations. Before we had difficulties with customizing the security levels of our programming, but timetap has helped a lot with this.

**What do you like best about TimeTap?**

TIME TAP is powerful and it is not so complex, what I like the most is that we do not need so much experience to execute it, in my company we offer several services and products, this really helps us a lot, and your help and support to the client is very clear and prudent have always solved any concerns or problems.

**What do you dislike about TimeTap?**

Well this software can register disadvantages to which we are not technicians, since TIME TAP can be difficult to understand in its configurations, however, I suppose it is something normal in this type of technological tools, in general thanks to this software we have improved a lot because to its flexibility.

TIME TAP is a tool that will be of great benefit to your company, whether commercial or corporate, why not recommend it? If you have organized us extremely well, with its automated programming, real-time automation, if you are looking for your company to be well planned, this software is for you.

Using TIME TAP my company has become more productive in all aspects, customers can choose their interactions, it is ideal to schedule time with them, in addition, saves the emails back and forth, it is a tool that can convert visitors into customers and talk to my potential clients.

**What do you like best about TimeTap?**

The file library that brings timetap is quite extensive. It allows users to import documents, folders and all kinds of audio and video files regardless of their format, with just a few clicks. We like that your templates to create invitations are so easy to customize, and that your messaging system is configurable. Its international translation system is one of the best we have seen on a room booking platform. 

**What do you dislike about TimeTap?**

We do not like the application for mobile devices that offers timetap in the playstore. It does not have much mobility for the management of recall campaigns, and it seems to us that the professional plan is very expensive. However, timetap can not be integrated into sales management platforms, such as salesforce. We do not like its integration to API tools. 

**Recommendations to others considering TimeTap:**

We highly recommend using timetap if it is a large team of staff, because it offers a good discount for those who choose the business plan. In this plan it allows to include 5 staff and 5 new locations for an extra of 22 dollars a month, which ends up being a better investment in the long run than the basic plan.

Thanks to timetap it has been made much easier for us to be able to customize the security levels of our information, and it has also helped us to improve the quality of our email campaigns, with the use of their email templates.

**What do you like best about TimeTap?**

Timetap fascinates us with the automation system of recall campaigns, and how customizable the booking forms are. We like your integration to open API tools, and that your lists of agendas can be exported with just a couple of clicks. We also like that we can create appointments from scratch in a completely unlimited way, without worrying about exceeding any limit. The online payment processing system works properly, without problems. 

**What do you dislike about TimeTap?**

We dislike how complicated it is to manage the states of each appointment, since it is complicated to organize, either by staff or by location. We do not like the customer management system, as it does not show enough information about these. The Dashboard is not very customizable, and it is difficult to add locations to our appointment offers. Now, we do not like your messaging system, because it offers few customization options. It also does not have enough templates for appointments. 

**Recommendations to others considering TimeTap:**

We recommend using timetap for all SMEs that need to better manage their time, and their calendar synchronizations. We recommend it a lot to handle recurring appointments and perform scheduling in real time. We could not be more satisfied with its use.

Since we started using timetap we have noticed a great improvement in our working time management. Now it is easier for us to manage our job interviews, and schedule our appointments and events. In addition, the fact that your online booking system has so many integrations saves us a lot of time.

**What do you like best about TimeTap?**

We like that TimeTap's client management system does not limit the information we can get from each client at all. It shows email information and phone number, as well as data on the prioritization that we will add to each client. The invitation templates provided by timetap are highly customizable, just like your online messaging system. 

**What do you dislike about TimeTap?**

We do not like that the android application is so complicated to manage. It does not work for the creation of recall campaigns, and the professional plan is very expensive. In addition, timetap does not offer any integration with salesforce, nor access to an Open Restful API that makes its integration to other platforms easier. Your Screen sharing system is quite slow. 

**Recommendations to others considering TimeTap:**

It is recommended to use TimeTap to manage small businesses. With its use it is much easier to stay organized with the rest of the team, and each appointment is highly customizable. The plans that timetap has to offer are quite cheap, so anyone can access them. We highly recommend your templates for email. 

**What problems is TimeTap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had problems not having found an appointment management service that offered completely customizable security levels. TimeTap luckily has provided us this and more. Its system of professional internationalization has helped a lot to the understanding of the platform. It should be noted that now it is much easier than before to schedule appointments and job interviews.

Timetap fascinated us almost everything. It has excellent features of Room Booking, and it is very easy to reschedule an appointment that has been canceled. Basically it is a system for agendas and tasks with which you can take complete control of the work process, and all meetings or activities that can be executed. Gift campaigns are highly automated, and lists of information are easy to export. We liked the convenience of your mobile access.

Timetap does not have CRM integration, so it is a little complicated to communicate with the other members of the team (in the case of those who work remotely). Part of the programming was difficult to do because of the way the application works. For example, I used this software to allow lab participants to register at various time intervals that our researchers had available. It is not obvious how to include availability, especially when it is repeated.

I use TimeTap to schedule my weekly private music lessons clients. I like that my clients can directly choose what time works for them with less back and forth. It is awesome that they have the option for group classes as well, big time-saver. I especially like the automatic reminders, it makes it more likely my students and their families will remember their lesson time.

There are minor effeciency downfalls, like no way to simply change an already scheduled appointment to a recurring schedule, but overall this does not impact the time I spend scheduling enough to make it a turn-off. The app does not have all of the features of the desktop, but it is functional and allows me to mark appointment statuses from my phone.

**What do you like best about TimeTap?**

This software provide tons of great features that I could only find in very expensive software. I work in a mobile business so scheduling my appointments could be quite tricky. With timetap they have a great feature that helps to ensure that you have enoigh travel time between each appointment. They also offer great features such as email and text notifications, approval process for bookong appointments, square payment integration, the ablility to sell packages and keep track of how many services are left in the package and much more. Whenever anything is wrong they are quick to respond and rectify the issue. After 2 years using Schedualicity, I am very happy with my transition and experience with Timetap and think they will continue to wow.

The app is very poorly designed and basically unusable. I use the mobile webpage for everything. The app could use a major redesign and better usability but the mobile webpage works just fine for all my needs.

I work with many different people that use Time Tap to schedule appointments for me. One of my favorite things about it is that it syncs with my Google Calendar, so when I schedule anything on my Google calendar, it automatically blocks out the time on Time Tap, and everyone can see it so it doesn't get scheduled over. So easy!

**What do you dislike about TimeTap?**

Sometimes the address shows up under the notes field in my Google calendar, rather than in location field -where I would be able to just tap on the address and have it take me there. I don't know if this is due user error, or the app itself, so it may not be an issue with the app. But that's the only complaint I have.

Any time that I share my TimeTap link with a client, I am confident that they are going to schedule a meeting that accurately fits my current availability, minimizing the possibility for scheduling conflicts and unnecessary communication.

TimeTap allows one staff member to add another staff to an already existing appointment, but this does not adequately serve the needs that we have when scheduling a client meeting with multiple staff, because our client is unable to see availability of all staff necessary when creating the meeting.

There is flexibility in having multiple locations and multiple staff.  The integration with our merchant account also allows for us to have people pay more conveniently.  The auto reminders will also ensure our clients don't forget about their appointments, or if they need to reschedule, it doesn't require any time of ours.

At this point, the review is asking me to submit more words to improve the total score, so I feel I am just writing here to get to the minimum number of words the system is looking for to allow me to complete this survey.  

**What do you dislike about TimeTap?**

There is not an option yet to allow for travel time between offices, so appointments can get jammed up if you don't address it with the client immediately after the appointment is scheduled.  

I would suggest they reconsider how they evaluate their surveys.  This seems to be a very lengthily process and requires you to NOT become anonomys if you want to be able to close this survey down and continue on with the daily tasks that this software was supposed to allow us to benefit from.  Here I type, and the survey is not happy with my total word count.  I feel like I am writing a paper in 7th grade English class, counting down until I have hit the number of words I need.

**What do you like best about TimeTap?**

The site makes it relatively easy for candidates to add themselves to my hiring staff's schedules.  90% of the time I only send an invitation to potential candidates and they do the rest themselves.  Additionally I now have several templates set up to send email reminders that are customized and look more like an email I would send myself.  So there is a bit of a personal touch.  Something else I like is that the Timetap staff is helpful and has helped me work through certain issues via the chat feature.

**What do you dislike about TimeTap?**

Sometimes the appointment times and dates show up as incorrect in the system, which confuses the staff and the person setting the appointment.  In addition, sometimes certain features don't work as expected.  I've been asking the developer team to make a certain field required during the appointment setting process for months.  They told me they are working on it but still it doesn't function as it's designed to.  Also the user interface is confusing.  If I don't use a certain feature for a while, I have to teach myself again how to make those changes.  I don't find it very intuitive.  Finally on the user end, I believe that there may be some compatibility issues.  People setting appointments often tell me they are experiencing errors, which means I have to manually set the appointment for them. 

**Recommendations to others considering TimeTap:**

Take some time to learn certain features and fully customize to your needs.  It took me months to realize that there was so much customization available.  Now the site and emails feel much more humanized and not so clunky.  Also, there may be other ways to make this site fit into your day-to-day work.  Take a little time to explore that.

**What problems is TimeTap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My offices uses Timetap primarily for for scheduling interviews with hiring managers in our offices.  For the most part it works really well and allows me to spend time focusing on other things.  I can set up profiles for staff in various locations and the candidate will know who they are meeting with, the location and directions to the site, and the time and date of the appointment.  Once the appointment is set, the candidate receives an automated response with all these details.  Then the day before the candidate also receives an email reminder which allows them to confirm the appointment.  This frees up my time as I don't have have to send all the emails.

The ability to provide information to customers through multiple points of communication. The ease of use of the back office and ease of use for clients/customers who book appointments. The tech support is always prepared to answer questions and trouble shoot issues.

Sometimes the time zones are incorrect, this has led to client/customer confusion about the time of their appointments.  

**Recommendations to others considering TimeTap:**

It simplifies the scheduling of clients/customers. It can help drive traffic to one's own website. It provides the means of data collection on customers (such as e-mail and phone numbers). It allows for the repetition of key information to be presented in multiple formats to potential clients/customers. While WKU does not use the feature, it also has the means of embedding payment options within the application so that clients and customers may place a deposit, pre-pay, or be charged a noshow fee prior to their appointments. 

The back end of the software is incredibly user friendly, as is the front end customer experience. The tech support for Timetap is wonderful. They are always ready to pick up the phone and help with any questions their customers have. One thing to be aware of is that the billing through Timetap is monthly, be aware of when your credit card expires because they are very prompt with cutting service. 

**What problems is TimeTap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Freeing worker time from phones to be allocated to other tasks. The ability to send multiple points of contact with information to customers.

I have a very customized need for TimeTap at my organization and their team has worked tirelessly to help me get it perfect. Whether on the phone or via live chat or email, they have helped explained their products, settings, and tools to me and even implemented changes for their service based on needs we discovered at our organization.

Google Calendar sync issues cause a need for maintenance on my side and a UX which as of this review could use revising on the client side -- however, I believe this is in the works.

We needed to have transparent scheduling and event updating and tracking to deliver live services to Fortune 500 companies. TimeTap has allowed our internal teams to submit requests for services and to sync these requests to multiple calendars.

when i get a notice, none of my locations will show up so I end up having to find out who the email came from, what building they work in, and then I end up scheduling the appointment myself.  So, in the end, there is really not a need for it  as I can see it.  Until that piece is fixed, this is pretty much useless to me.  I have reached out to customer support, but that didn't get me anywhere. so, the idea of this is great. but there is a glitch somewhere that is hindering the progression to greatness.

**Recommendations to others considering TimeTap:**

There is something that will not allow persons to select their location which is needed if persons are visiting classes to make appointments.  That is a big issue for me.  Then,  when talking with support reps about this, they did not know how to solve this.  Their suggestions did not work.  That was frustrating.

**What problems is TimeTap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eventually, overbooking is not an issue when the program is being used properly.  In addition, you can see how productive you are being, whats getting done, where you spend your time, and on what kinds of tasks you spend that time.

After trying other scheduling software for my on-line and in person music studio, I have found TimeTap to be a good solution.  My students have found the steps easier to navigate, I like the intuitive design of the back-end and most students like the reminders.  For those that don't wish them I can easily turn them off.  When I've had issues that needed attention, customer service has been prompt and effective.

There is nothing I dislike at this time.

**What problems is TimeTap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The most difficult, time-consuming part of scheduling music lessons is the flurry of emails, texts, FB messages and telephone calls trying to nail down mutually agreeable times.  By streamlining the booking process I have found this tool to be a hassle-free way to remove this frustration AND have clarity with my students.

**What do you like best about TimeTap?**

There is so much I could say here, but I'll do my best to get to the important points. First, you should know that I spent over two years looking and testing different appointment programs for my personal training/ physical rehab business. I'm a type A, picky (slightly obsessive compulsive) person who strives for perfection in everything I do. I am that guy that does research and reads twenty reviews before deciding on a product. Every appointment program I looked at, or read about, seemed to be missing something, until I found TimeTap (from now will be referred to as TT). It's the bomb-diggity with the kitchen sink thrown in, and let me tell you why.

Here's the quick list off of why I love TT: 
1. Money making automated waitlist
2. Unparalleled customization
3. Instant, actually helpful,  tech support
4. Easy to use
5. Full of great features
6. They never stop adding in new features!
7. It saves me time and increased my revenue

The first thing that I loved about TT was it's incredible customization. You can make this program do just about anything you want. All the email templates are customizable. The appointment mini website is customizable. You can even customize all the colors and information on your calendar, and that's just the tip of the iceberg. The craziest thing is, if there is some feature that TT somehow doesn't have, put in a request for it, and I bet it will appear within a few months. Yeah, you heard me right, a few months!
 
I have been with TT for over a year now, and the features they have added over that time is mind boggling! I have never worked with a program that has had the amazing amount of growth that TT has. I have never worked with a company that has been able to accomplish the startling improvements to its product like TT has. And they just don't seem to stop adding awesomeness to it. 

Now, don't be intimidated by all the features, changes, and customization. When you sign up or do the trial, just make an appointment for a phone conference with one of their tech specialist. They will walk you through everything. I highly suggest this because during my trial period I thought there were things TT couldn't do, but when I worked with the tech, they had all kinds of ways to make TT work the way I wanted it to.

This brings me to my next point - Instant, intelligent,  tech support. They don't send you to a forum, or contact you the next day. They simply fix the problem. If it's a bigger problem that takes a change in their program, they get to it in a day usually. Some of the issues you may have could take a week or two, but not if it's something crucial. That in itself is amazing! I'm so use to other companies (apple, microsoft, adobe) who's programs are full of glitchy problems and it's six months to a year before they fix them, but not TT.

I worried about TT being reliable, but it has been pretty damn good. No major problems causing meltdowns with my clients, or disappearing appointments. My 80 year olds can figure out the interface. I have no more double booked clients showing up, unless it's totally their fault :), and I always have the system logs to back me up. Oh yeah, system logs, that show you if your client received the email reminders and it also tells you if they opened them. This takes such an incredible stress of my shoulders. Also having the ability to keep track of invoices and payments. TT just streamlined my business, completely!

My favorite feature, and the one no one else had, was an AUTOMATED WAITLIST SYSTEM. This has increased my revenue by 20%!!!! It's so crazy. I just sit back and see the emails come in of clients canceling their sessions and then 2 minutes later, a client on the waitlist has booked the newly opened session. And I had to do nothing to make that happen.

Here's some other numbers you may like. The hours upon hours I spent emailing and texting clients back and forth about appointments, are no longer waisted. The times I stressed about screwing up an appointment with a client - gone! TT has illuminated 5+ hours of busy work out of my week. I just sit back, let it do its thing, and enjoy my full schedule.

If you care about your business and your clients, and you want to be and look professional, then you need TimeTap. I constantly hear from clients that they are impressed by my appointment system. How useful and easy it is to use. They love the ability to take control of their schedule. I know this is a long review but I want you to know that this program is the one for you. If you are a self employed therapist, hair dresser, trainer, or you run any kind of business with appointments, TT will change your life! I have searched and I have tested so many other appointment programs and nothing has come close to TimeTap. I honestly feel like this company legitimately cares about what its clientele needs, and they are constantly striving to give it to them. They have listed to me over the year and somehow added in all the things I could have wished for. Timetap is a life change for me, and it's leaps and bounds above the competition.

**What do you dislike about TimeTap?**

They don't have an app for clients to use to book appointments. The app they do have for instructors to use ain't that great, but I just use my iPhone with the regular program and have no troubles. Every once in a while something glitchy happens. Welcome to technology. Good news is, they always fix it, fast.

**Recommendations to others considering TimeTap:**

Us the tech support and sign up for a call. They can screen share with you and help you setup your account they way you want it. TimeTape is so feature rich, there is probably something you would like to use but you just don't know how to, or where to find it. Its a huge program, but it's not overwhelming, just let the excellent tech support walk you through it.

**What problems is TimeTap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solved No Shows. I now feel relaxed and confident that my clients know when they are scheduled. It gave me an easy way to keep track of invoices and payments, as well as packages. It allowed clients to be on a waitlist and get into my schedule, and therefore increased my revenue by 20%. It allows clients to take control of their schedule. It saves me time and reduces my stress. It saves me from paying a front desk person to manage (and probably screw up) my scheduling.
