I was involved in building the features for our 400 employees from the start. The timestar team did everything they could to make the system work for our needs, and they were glad to do so. As far as using the system, it is super easy once you learn the software. I have only had to seek customer service assistance very few times, and each time it was easy, and they responded quickly.
