What do you like best about Timeliner?

Timeliner replaced both Frame.io and Notion for us. It's a platform built specifically for video editors and the whole production team, so everything lives in one place. We save a lot of time not jumping between multiple apps, and projects stay really organised from brief to final delivery. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Timeliner?

It's still in its early stages, so a few parts of the UI could be tidied up. They're very minor issues though, and they don't get in the way of day to day use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Timeliner solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's made onboarding freelance editors much easier. We can set up SOPs for them right inside the platform, so they know exactly how we work from day one. It also keeps our footage organised: raw footage is sorted into bins for each project and kept separate from the working edits. Having one area for raw files and another for active edits keeps everything clean and makes projects much easier to manage, especially with multiple editors involved.
