**What do you like best about Timeero?**

Timeero has been incredibly easy to use from day one. The interface is simple and intuitive, making onboarding quick and painless. The tracking accuracy is outstanding—by far the most accurate of all the apps we’ve tried. On top of that, their customer service is excellent: response times are fast, and the team is always friendly and helpful. Timeero truly stands out and is easy to recommend.

**What do you dislike about Timeero?**

Dislikes: The app occasionally logs users out unexpectedly, which can be inconvenient and requires logging back in periodically.

**What problems is Timeero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We always know where our employees are and can easily keep track of their location in real time, which makes managing teams in the field much more efficient and stress-free.

**What do you dislike about Timeero?**

Having to have the Pro version, just to receive the address locations of where Timeero users stop at.

**What problems is Timeero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We didn't always know where our field team was, so this supports the safety aspect. It also means my field team no longer has to complete expense claims each month, as the system now handles that for them. However, it's disappointing that the stopping addresses feature isn't included in my package, even though it was shown in the demo. We only realized the addresses weren't coming through after setting up the whole company and starting to use it. I was then informed that this feature is only available with the pro package, and asked if I wanted to pay more for a higher tier.

The customer service has been phenomenal throughout the process of trial period and activation. Today Ashleigh was great with her patience and understanding to my requests on syncing my payroll software to Timeero. Working with the team at Timeero has been a great experience and we really love all the features the service offers us.

That I hadn't found out about the service sooner.

Getting rid of the cumbersome paperwork and manual time keeping, making each employee accountable by having them clock in themselves so we can track their time more effectively.

**What do you like best about Timeero?**

Timeero is easy to use, has great customer support and is relatively easy to integrate on it's own into the company business.
The application is continuously being updated with new features and there's an open ended customer request and progress tracker on new features being developped for release which I really enjoy. Most companies are not as transparent or willing to share how their customers would like their product to evolve and grow.


I'm especially thankful for our Timeero account representative's correspondance, friendly and professional interactions so far. Katelyn Haul has so far demonstrated a great ability to listen and take action with our request, providing conversation summaries, action lists and following up on our requests.

Keep it up Timeero! I'd recommend Timeero to other business partners.

**What do you dislike about Timeero?**

Timeero is a great, easy to use application, but it would appear that it's still in it's development stages. Some configurations and features still aren't developped to the extend that we'd require for the business as a stand alone application.

A basic payroll system for small business would also be a great next step for Timeero, instead of having to rely on unreliable, usually costly/partial connections to third party applications.

There is sometimes buggy and inflexible behaviour, but that's not to say that it's understood that development seems to be taking care of the issues and the support team is providing the required support to allow the client to use the application.

Bonus: It would also be great to be able to use and atleast test the open API without having to change subscriptions. Atleast in a sandbox setting to test the capabilities of the API prior to purchase.

**What problems is Timeero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's providing great and easy tracking of the company employee time and mileage.

The most helpful thing about timeero is the vast options is has made available for managing a MOBILE teams hours and schedule.

**What do you dislike about Timeero?**

I dont currently have any dislikes and evertime we have had a challenge the timeero team has promptly addressed it.

**What problems is Timeero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Timeero allows our team to be on the same page as far as who should be where. We work onsite with clients across many counties and even states and with the click of a button we can access all the information needed about which employee should be on which client's site. They even have an option to be notified if someone is late and so much more.

Always able to reach someone in cosutumer support and can easily schedule meetings.  Was able to attend a free virtual even about CA meal time break laws which was helpful. The website and app is user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Timeero?**

Some features could be upgraded. Such as running a report for one user on specefic dates not just per week.

**What problems is Timeero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mileage tracking saves employees a lot of time . GPS help us accurately know if employees are clocking in at work and it's easy to see who is at the office if an issue arrises.

Recurring schedules are difficult to input in their system.  They don't allow for appointments that are irregular (i.e. the first Tuesday of the month) so I have to input that as a new appointment each month.  This causes more error for me.

We were searching for a tool that could help our customer understand the territory and route patterns of their sales teams. Timeero paired well with our expectations and open to new feature requests as well. It was the best fit for our goals without a multitude of features we didn't need. It was also extremely easy to implement into our customers daily operations.

So far nothing has been an issue it's pretty simple for users to pickup.

Timeero has made daily time clock and mileage tracking incredibly easy, for both employees and managers alike. The California specific settings have been a great help as well for dealing with CA's stringent labor/break laws. Fantastic customer service and support! Amy Battista and Melisa Pazalja have been attentive, helpful, and wonderful to work with the whole way through!

Very user-friendly app, easy for employees to clock in/out. Automatic mileage tracking while employees are on the clock. Integrates well with our payroll processor.

**What do you like best about Timeero?**

I was looking for a product that I could easily track mileage of my drivers to compare the cost of travel and pay to how much we were selling on the route. This seemed to be the easiest way to do it.

**What do you dislike about Timeero?**

I do think the price compared to other options out there was a little more expensive, but no other product that I found did exactly what I wanted it to do. I decided the value was worth more than what I was going to have to pay.

**What problems is Timeero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am now able to track mileage and time, then use that information to compare to my sales on that route and get a good idea of overall profit for the route.

Customer Support - Amy Battista is very responsive and willing to help whenever needed.  Overall, the program is very user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Timeero?**

From an administrative stand point, not being able to duplicate time sheets.
Not being able to run a report for a specific task

**What problems is Timeero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company is not that large however, Timeero has removed the task of doing manual time sheets.  Timeero also has benefited our company in tracking the employees and monitoring the productivity of the employees.  (i.e. I can see when they have stopped somewhere for an extended period of time.)

Ease of use for my Crew is the most important aspect. As well as the amount of Money we save on Payroll and Liabaility due to having everyones location via gps.

I believe the biggest improvement area can be made in the Admin portion of the mobile app to make on the go useage easier.

Timeero is helping us save our company money on payroll by giving us gps locations, proper time & mileage tracking.

Ease of use, simplistic control panel and general functionality.

Feature requests are on a voting system. I would rather have direct feedback when submitting ideas or requests.

We went from having minimal tracking abilities for mileage and time to a complete solution that is greatly helping us track our milage to appointments, tracking how much time we spend on a job site and managing our daily schedules so we no longer have overbookings or missed appointments.

**What do you like best about Timeero?**

It makes mileage tracking so easy on both our salespeople for keeping records and for us to run reports. The manual edits are a lifesavers sometimes too. So glad we found this! Good customer service too, not like the last one we tried where I had to do a 4am meeting because they're on the other side of the world. Pricing is so good compared to other companies I looked into too.

**What do you dislike about Timeero?**

Not really a dislike, we're just waiting for Timeero to be done with their 'segmented tracking' which will make it even better. Can't wait for this feature too. Otherwise - really no dislikes I can think of at all.

Salespeople mileage tracking accuracy. We don't have to question it at all anymore. We can check any that are suspiciously over a standard amount for a day. It gives us a huge peace of mind, but also makes it easy on our salespeople so they don't forget or guess or round up. 
We had a rep lie about mileage  (steal)  when we tried the honor system so this solved that quickly and easily.

Customer Service - Timeero came with a handful of great features but also lacked some key ones. The responsive team of Timeero was with us at every stage; they would receive our feedback, analyze it, and address the issue accordingly. This way, we were able to add about one or two features to the platform

The mobile app still needs work. Our employees sometimes struggle to navigate and find their way through the app.

Nothing so far. Perhaps a little explanation to go along with a lot of the app settings would help with the initial setup. There are training videos available; however, it could be time-consuming to watch them all.

The Timeero app was easy to setup and the help function answers almost all questions I had with a quick search.  We have the basic plan to track mileage and time for remote employees.  The reports available give us all the information we need. Melisa Pazalja was very helpful and responsive to all my needs.  The app and the website are a great value.

So far we have not seen anything we dislike.  We have not started to use the schedule options in the program so I cannot speak to the qualities of that as yet.

I am able to track hours for my hourly employees and mileage for my salesman.  I haven't had to use the geofencing, but if I have problem employees in the future, it is a great tool.  I have had a couple of issues with the integration to Gusto, but I am always able to get someone to help me and most times jump on a zoom call to fix my issue.

I still can't get the mileage to export automatically to Gusto.

With Timeero, I am able to track my employees hours and mileage as well as miles that I put in for business.  This makes it a great tool for my business as I am remote.

I've used a number of cloud based platforms and customer support has always been a frustrating experience.  I've had a completely different experience with Timeero.  Their amazing team lead us through a quickbooks integration, diagnosed an issue, and had it resolved in no time.  They got us up and running and fully integrated with their platform.  Timeero has vastly reduced the time required to track our labor and job costs.

Nothing really with Timeero but Quickbooks is a little finnicky!  We learned not to use apostrophe's in our timecard descriptions.

Time and location tracking and job costing.  We have eliminated paper timecards, save time in documentation, and are able to focus on our customers rather than documention.  I like how intuitive the interface is and easy to use.

They are solving our GPS issues and tracking mileage.  Upon using Timeero, I realized there is much more they offer than what I initially was looking for.

**What do you like best about Timeero?**

Not only is this app super user-friendly, it has everything you need for your business needs. From time tracking, mileage tracking, geofencing, to admin tasks such as scheduling and reporting, this is hand's down the best app. The support team is available 24/7 so if you need any help with anything as simple as changing a password, they will be at your beck and call. I encourage everyone to try out their free trial and see for yourself. This is a company that truly cares about their customers.

**What do you dislike about Timeero?**

So far I have no complaints and everything has been smooth sailing.

**What problems is Timeero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By using Timeero, I am saving so much more money! Their service is tax writable and I get a deduction for my business while marginalizing any mistakes since we are no longer using paper time sheets.

**What do you like best about Timeero?**

I love the ease of use of Timeero, and how responsive the support team is. I like that Timeero gives me so many great features, like GPS tracking, employee scheduling, geofencing and mileage tracking for one low price. Compared to other apps that charge so much for these standard features. 

Timeero saves me time when it comes to doing employee payroll so I can focus on running my logistics company. 

I love Timeero and I would highly recommend it for any business looking to save money and be more efficient.

I don’t dislike anything about Timeero. It’s simply the best out there for the price!

Timeero allows me to know whether my employees are clocking in and out at remote sites, and making sure they’re at the job site all day. It also allows me to easily schedule my employees, track their mileage and run reports for payroll.

**What do you like best about Timeero?**

I like that that when I give input for what I need for time keeping for my small business I get a response. Having the ability to geofence is great for contractors like me because it allows me to review when my employees forget to clock out. It just happens. So it gives us a good way to discuss when they left the job. They can also put a note in to document what they did for the day, what other contractors were there, and anything else I might need to know.

**What do you dislike about Timeero?**

The desktop version had more options than the phone so not so there features are as mobile as I would like them but I'm usually doing payroll at the desk anyway so it's not that inconvenient.

**What problems is Timeero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The note section is valuable to me. Adding an additional source of communication with documented and time stamped notes helps because some other contractors have been in the way of our work area as painters and it helps me document the issues to bring to our general contractors and ensures we get done faster and on schedule. It'd be even better if we could take pictures on the site in the note section.
