What do you like best about Timecounts?

The ability to allow different volunteers with different skills access to a variety of events, training, schedules and venues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Timecounts?

The functions are regularly updating which is a positive long-term but can sometimes throw you a little while you are trying to do things. Better phone/tablet functionality would be really useful. Email layout in the Communications can be a bit confusing at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Timecounts solving and how is that benefiting you?

The recent additions to analytics etc are proving really useful in providing quick figures about volunteers etc. Using the application form embedded in a variety of places allows easier functioning and streamlining so we deal with one input stream overall.

Also, the use of 'Qualify/Unqualify' for specific roles alongside the 'tagging' (and now checklist function) mean that it is easy to track a volunteer's application progress and make safeguarding and training more secure! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
