I like TimeClock plus for the ease of use. I can have a new employee clock in and out with minimal instructions. The program is fast and minimal to no glitches. As a supervisor I appreciate the 24/7 chat option. I have been stuck on a Sunday morning and needed help and was actually surprised there was a live person ready to chat with me. I appreciate the emails informing me when the App will be down due to updates. The price is comparable to other companies. I have not tried to integrate it with other programs. I find it a little complicated setting up new employees, remembering how to set up managers to approve hours. We have a few managers and I can never remember how to get that set up to approve their staff hours. I also wish notes could be attached to a print out when I print the payroll hours.
