What do you like best about TimeClick?

Earlier I used to use another company's software for the clocking in and out of my organization but since I have started using timeclick, the process has become much easier. Unlike the other company I dont need a specific VPN to access it, there is a mobile app in this application, you buy once and can use forever, the UI is much simpler, plainer and intuitive an there is constant customer support attached to it. What do you dislike about TimeClick?

Maybe the functionality for adding project related hours should be added here. In general apart from just clocking in and clocking out, the app should also provide the functionality of letting each person add the spending hours on a project, in a day of like 8 hours, which projects they worked on and others.
