It captures all work online. Ideally I would be able to have it automated to file "time" into projects but I am still working to streamline this process. What I like best is being able to go back and recategorize as needed. I also love the AI feature but I can't afford to pay for it on top of the TimeCamp subscription. It is reliable and integrates well with my existing tech stack. There is not as much support but then I am a one-woman band... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am still having to go back and categorize time. I also find it not as user-friendly a setup as it could be. I am continually having to remember how to do a certain task rather than it being intuitive or visible on the dash. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hi, thanks for the detailed feedback. Automatic project assignment doesn't have to run on the paid AI: set Keywords on a task (Projects → task → Enable keywords) and run the desktop app in automatic mode - it matches window titles, file names and URLs to the right task, on every plan including Free. The AI Time Tracker is included on all plans too, but it's billed by token usage (roughly $6/user/month, with $10 in starter credits), so keywords are the no-added-cost route. For the tasks you keep re-learning, pinning them as Favorites in the task picker keeps them one click away. Happy to send the exact setup article - support@timecamp.com.
