TimeBot integrates with Slack to offer automated channel-specific communication of my team's time off so that not just our internal team, but other departments within the organization can understand who may be out. Working remotely oftentimes it can be difficult to understand who is out of the office unless employees are diligent about updating their Slack statuses or viewing other team member's calendars, which let's be real, is not a realistic expectation for everyone.

If another member of the company attempts to add an employee as one of their staff, it will not inform the existing manager which forces the employee to have two required approvals before seeing an approval status of their request. This can also lead to managers not being assigned appropriately.

It would also be helpful to be able to pull reports of employee's time off requests as it truly is just a communication tool at this point and does not help management collect solid data on their team's time off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
