"Simple, Time-Saving Billing Automation—Despite New Outlook Issues"

What do you like best about Time Tracker by eBillity?

I like how simple Time Tracker by eBillity is to use. It automates billing and turns Outlook calendar entries into billable items, taking the hassle out and making something that used to take forever a very simple task. I also appreciate its direct QuickBooks integration for invoicing and billing, and its integration with the legacy version of Outlook. Setup was super simple. What do you dislike about Time Tracker by eBillity?

I find the integration with the new Outlook abysmal, and it could stand to be improved. I can't tell whether a calendar item is a Time Tracker by eBillity billable item because it doesn't change color like it does in the old Outlook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
