What do you like best about Tiller Money?

Better control and customization of transaction categories compared to other automated personal finance tools.

Google sheet integration is fantastic! Can use normal Google apis, formulas, etc; to move transactions around, analyze, and store historical data. Plus their templates are fantastic and they have a labs app also with tons of templates that can be customized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tiller Money?

My login credentials at some banks/institutions need to very freqently be re-entered and authenticated for those accounts. I realize this likely a complexity of the security protocols that certain banks require and that Tiller is unfortunately at their mercy; nonetheless, it can be a bit frustrating to keep having my account(s) logged out within the spreadsheet.

Templates can be finicky, namely Excel on MacOS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Tiller Money:

Tiller really excels (ha, pun intended...) within the Google Sheets environment and can be tested for free with their 30 day Trial. So if you're looking to this product as a Sheets user, give it a try! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tiller Money solving and how is that benefiting you?

Personal financial management and analysis using Excel (or Google Sheets) that's accessible on my desktop. Simple, smooth sync of all my bank data and transactions into a normal spreadsheet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
