Definitely was an asset to have for our business. **What do you dislike about Tiled?** Ios only app. What can I say more? The web version of the app was clunky, buggy, and not user-friendly. The ios version was smooth and useful. **Recommendations to others considering Tiled:** If your sales force is primarily using apple products tiled is an excellent choice. I love the platform, and the interactivity. As soon as we were encouraged to use it as a company, its the only app I use. **What do you dislike about Tiled?** It's very clearly developed primarily for the iPhone/iPad. It would be nice to have an android version. **What problems is Tiled solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's easier to switch between products viewed. It’s interactive features are what kept me using it in a daily basis. **What do you dislike about Tiled?** My only concern or issue with the app was how long it took Videos to upload. Some simply never loaded. - though that could have been a downloading error on my company’s part too. **What problems is Tiled solving and how is that benefiting you?** I’ve used it to show customers and even other reps from my company how our products work, and I love that you can send links to those who are interested and see how much of the info they look at. ### 12. Maybe also have a little explanation to the analytics section because maybe these features are there but we just don't know how to use them yet. **What problems is Tiled solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not getting sales materials printed - saves us money, gives reps most up-to-date info, everything in one place instead of having some things printed and some on iPad. ### 13.
