What do you like best about TierraNet Web Hosting?

Tierra Net has been my host for several decades now. They're customer service and IT support is better than my alternatives. I have had to use other services over the years so I've found the set of providers that works for me best. For Tierra, I rate them five stars because they come through. I have seen other providers raise prices, with nothing to do with their costs or providing services to me. Just to raise them. I have confidence that when Tierra bills me something, it's because that's what it costs. Or, because that's a fair market price, not because I'm some kind of captive customer. What do you dislike about TierraNet Web Hosting?

What problems is TierraNet Web Hosting solving and how is that benefiting you?

They solve many problems for me and the biggest one is how their plan accommodates my anti-spam policy. I use an aggressive anti-spam policy at my company to combat the reckless giveaway of my personal and business information that seems to be all the rage in today's U.S. market. No matter what I do, even when I test this theory and create a brand new email address, I end up seeing a random, unsolicited email from someone I don't know. That's how I decide which services to avoid. The ones that "fool me" by burying permission to telemarket me are the ones that are "less than reputable" because they sell off my information by hiding the place I "accidently told them" they could do it. Tierra Net doesn't do that. Because they have scruples. It's a major advantage to me and it's also what I expect from common sense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
