What do you like best about TierPoint?

The people and the level of support they provide. The TierPoint team is always friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond whenever we need assistance. Whether it's troubleshooting an issue, coordinating access, or handling cross-connect work, they consistently go above and beyond to make things easy for us. What do you dislike about TierPoint?

While our overall experience with TierPoint has been very positive, we've experienced some challenges with remote hands support at the Allen DA2 facility. There have been instances of miscommunication and longer-than-expected response times, occasionally resulting in significant delays. I'm not sure if staffing or resource availability plays a role, but improving communication and response times at this location would make an already great overall experience even better. I would absolutely recommend TierPoint to anyone looking for reliable data center colocation services. Their team is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely great to work with.
