What do you like best about TierPoint?

What do you dislike about TierPoint?

The price has steadily ticked up over the years, and it’s easy to want to keep adding on or putting more eggs in the same basket. That can create an operational risk, but they continue to execute well for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering TierPoint:

Keep refining and maintaining a pulse on the customer interaction with the various departments. Keep enabling employees internally to do what is best for the customer and be able to work cross silo to get answers and get things done because this is what sets TierPoint a step above, and adds an immense amount of value for the customer. They offer a range of services and hosting, backed by US-based support and expertise. Their offerings include public and private cloud, multi-tenant cloud, and colo services. In addition, they provide a suite of add-on services, from licensing and OS management to security services and networking.
