What do you like best about TierPoint?

The things we like best about TierPoint is its high availability redundant and reliable nationwide network, flexibility to tailor our hybrid environment, and the high security infrastructure that we are afforded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TierPoint?

No company is 100% perfect and there are a few things we dislike about TierPoint. Number 1 would be the cost. Number 2 would be accessibility during critical times especially during outages. Recommendations to others considering TierPoint:

Always review how simplistic colocation is from contract, maintenance, and monitoring. TierPoint is exceptional at all these. Determine the actual need to access the data center and if TierPoint has one close enough. You'll get incredible service during routine day to day operations. However, during outages and emergencies you'll need to give TierPoint time to respond to your inquiries. Take full advantage of TierPoint's strategy workshops because they are best in class. What problems is TierPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?

TierPoint solves several problems for us. First and foremost, we do not have to worry about the expense of hiring and retaining specialized experts in cybersecurity, engineering, and cloud infrastructure. Next, we do not have to worry about the growing cyber threats because they are a proven partner who can stand up to the modern threats while maintaining our rigorous compliance requirements. Lastly, we do not have to maintain a robust on-prem environment eliminating labor costs, equipment costs, and drastically reduces our threat surface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
